Change the currently set Text-In code

On the Waiting List page choose the link at top left just below the “Last Changed” line.

Change your Text-In Identity Prefix code

This Code is unique to your Organisation.

When you are happy with the Prefix Code you have created, we recommend you don’t change it.

However it can be changed at any time in \Your Setup\Settings above

View Payment History and get copies of Receipts

Go to \Your Setup\Service Subscription above.

Update your Credit Card information

What If

What If someone texts in without including their name?

- Firstly MemboQ will look to see if they recently texted-in a Wait List request with their name and use that name in the new entry.

- But, if a name can't be found, MemboQ sends them a text asking them to reply to it with their name.

When they reply to that name request text, the Waiting list is updated with the name supplied.

In the meantime, they are in the Waiting list with '(Txt sent asking for name)' where their name should be.

Phone Number <-> Name data is retained in the database for about 3 months from their most recent use of MemboQ. This is done so that people who make repeated use of the MemboQ Wait Lists only need to text in the Text-In code, they don't have to add them name each time.
